I am now submitting a new support ticket about Moe. How on earth, Moe knows I spend 200 million dollars on the project (Post 3-https://modernnations.com/threads/request-for-bids-intermediate-to-intercontinental-ballistic-missiles.5621/#post-21109) , given the project is Top Secret, here is the evidence of Sky Horse Project :https://modernnations.com/threads/project-taiwan-sky-horse-conventional-icbm.828/#post-3091 (It is encrypted and private).

So, even If I contact logan via encrypted and private manner, there is no way he knows about my project. Seriously, I am unhappy about that.

I have attached few evidences to decide.
I don't know what to do with this regarding scenario. Again, I am unhappy about that.

This is indeed correct. We will inform Moe of this. However, do take note that he can roleplay and take advantage on the fact that the budget for the whole project was rather low in comparison to RL ones.
