Greetings to everyone this E-Mail is going out to. Due to recent conflicts, the Empire of the Congo has good reason to believe that European foreigners are attempting to once again stretch their influence into the great African continent. Here I have included an invitation to all major players on the African stage in the modern day, as well as the eponymous 'Friends of Africa', China and Thailand, with who we have worked together with closely and in the case of Thailand helped to shape. Countries that also have a disdain for external powers sticking their hands into lands they have no right to.

I am inviting all of you to come to a conference deep within the Congo, safe from the threat of the war, to discuss an economic and military agreement to better both the African and Asian continents for the foreseeable future, a pact to defend our independence from foreign influences on our regions. A pact to defend independent operations from the 'world police' who make up the Global Assembly nowadays. Who conveniently also take the form of the European and American powers who have fought to keep us all in the third-world stage, so that they can benefit from our populations and raw resources.

If you are willing to meet with us, we will await your reply.

For Africa.

For Asia.

For the Congo.

Best Regards,
Muhammed Onwudiwe, Chief of the Army, Designated Regent

Re: Invitation to Friends of Africa Conference

Your Excellency Designated Regent Muhammed Onwudiwe,
On behalf of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, we would like to express our gratitude for the efforts made by the Empire of the Congo to uphold african sovereignty in lieu of extra continental influence and vestiges of colonialism. Such premises are in line with our nations current foreign policy and considered of uppermost importance for us.
Notwithstanding, we must stress that it is also one of our current foreign policy guidelines the neutrality and non intervention in foreign conflicts. As such we fear that, considering the ongoing situationin Central Africa involving the Empire of the Congo, the direct participation of Ethiopia in an international high level multilateral meeting in the Empire of the Congo might be interpreted as a statement of support to one of the sides involved in the aforementioned conflict.
Consequently, to avoid risking a perceived breach of our foreign policy of neutrality, we must decline this invitation at the moment.
However, let us finish by exprenssing Ethiopia's interest in being part of a multilateral continental economic and commercial dialogue once the present geopolitical situation is resolved.
Respectfully,

Demeke Mekonnen

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia
Addis Ababa

While it is regrettable that you have decided to exclude yourself from our conference, your reasoning is sound and understandable. If the time comes that we are no longer under threat, we will invite you back to discuss economic affairs. I hope this can happen in the future. If you ever feel the need for protection, Africa is at your back.

Best Regards,
Muhammed Onwudiwe, Chief of the Army, Designated Regent

Dear Muhammed Onwudiwe

It is a great privilege for us, Thailand, to be receiving your invitation to Congo to discuss issues from economic to military agreement. As our intelligence operation reaches beyond the border, Thailand has been quietly monitoring the state of the rest of the world. Being an ally of ours internationally, the Congo, we are eager to collaborate closely with the such nation. You brought up the subject of foreign influence, and it is our responsibility to ensure that Africa is free and independent. We must also emphasise that our government will not send any prominent figures to the Congo at the same time. Sopa Pimolkittikool, the Thai ambassador to the Congo, will be permitted to attend the conference in its place. As much as she deems fair and acceptable for Thailand, she will be open to discussing about anything, including the military and the economy. We would like to know as many specifics as we can about the meeting.

Sincerely
Surakiart Sathirathai
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Republic of Thailand
