As the sun fell over the horizon, 5 CASA CN-235 transport aircraft land at Goma international airport. Unloading their final load of cargo off onto the tarmac, the flight crews take a break for breakfast while ground crews take over hauling away the Ka-137 UAVs. Along with these went large digital speakers and high lumens floodlights. Ground crews worked hard to mount the speakers onto the drones, hooking them up to the internal receiving software of the device. They attacked the floodlights and prepared them for takeoff. As the CN-235s taxied onto the dirt lot next to the runway, the other aircraft began to arrive. The 1st Fleet came in first, landing in pairs of two, tailed by their Strategic Bombing Squadron landing one at a time. Each of the planes was decorated with beautiful nose and body art of angels and celestial bodies, a testament to their names. Most of these aircraft were unarmed. After they had landed and moved onto the dirt, the CN-235s would depart once more to collect and carry back munitions and fuel to supply the combat aircraft.

Next, the Fourth Auxilliary Fleet elements would slowly arrive, hauling ammunition and ground crew in their cargo bays and additional fuel in their slings. The gunships would also be lightly armed, but upon landing they would be loaded up with rockets and bombs and put on high alert. After the first combat-ready aircraft had arrived, The Ka-137 UAVs would be launched and would fly towards Lac Vert camp. Once there, they would hover at a safe distance above the camp. Immediately, their floodlights would switch on, bathing the camp in a harsh light that would gradually drift around the area. The speakers would blare air raid sirens, interrupted every ten minutes by a female voice in French then Kinyarwandan ordering the refugees to "Exit the camp and make your way across the Rwandan border. Please do so calmly and in an orderly fashion. In 24 hours the camp will be demolished. Please evacuate immediately. Leave all possessions behind." Every three and a half hours a team of 5 UAVs will relieve the previous to facilitate refueling.

0300 Hours, Goma International Airport

As the deadline passed, the airfield once again dissolved into chaos. Ten individuals of the drone fleet would be equipped with high-definition cameras and would fly out over the camp. A final message would be played on repeat: "As you have overstayed your welcome and failed to evacuate to your mother country, your privileges are refugees are OFFICIALLY suspended. You are now an illegal, armed force present in our nation and will be treated as such." After the message repeats in several languages, all sirens at the camp would halt, though the distant siren of the airfield could be heard faintly.

All 5 Mi-24D gunships would arm themselves with two GUV-8700 gun pods on their inner hardpoints, and two UB-32 S-5 rocket launchers on their outer hardpoints, as well as their pair of 9K114 Shturm missiles on each wingtip. They take to the air to patrol the area around the camp, assigned the codenames: Hawk-1, to patrol around the town of Keshera for fleeing refugees. Hawk-2 and Hawk-3, to patrol to the west, and Hawk-4 and Hawk-5 to patrol to the north.

Finally, a single Tu-16 would take off from the airport armed with 4 RBK-750 Cluster bombs, approximately one-quarter of its potential explosive load. As it took off, 4 Su-25Ts armed with One Low-Light Merkuriy pod system for nighttime operations, Four KAB-500-OD TV-guided fuel-air bombs, and Six UB-32 rocket pods EACH would prepare for takeoff if necessary. All transport Helicopters would load up any potentially valuable information and equipment and be fully prepared for takeoff. All ground personnel would be prepared to board helicopters or aircraft, and all pilots were prepared to fly if anything went awry.

All armed aircraft would also carry cameras onboard, recording gunsights.

----
As the Tu-16 rounded on lac Vert, it slowed to just barely above its stall speed. It would drop down to just 2,000 feet above the ground, and, referencing detailed coordinate maps and watching the drop zone clearly lit by the UAVs floodlights, dropped its load of cluster bombs directly overtop of the roughly 1 mi2 area of the camp, before returning to the airfield. The cameras mounted on the drones would take clear, well-lit footage of the entire event.

As the bombs split, releasing hundreds of sub-munitions across the refugee camp, the UAVs cameras were firmly trained on the ground.

Hawk-1 would encounter a crowd of refugees rushing towards Goma, estimated at about 70 people. In response, it would fire warning shots in front of the crowd before tearing into its front ranks with its 7 machine guns. The crowd would subsequently redirect and continue along the desired route to the North of Keshera and then East to Rwanda. Hawk-4 and Hawk-5 observe as a massive movement of about 1,300 refugees moves along to Mugunga camp, firing no ordinance. Hawk-2 and Hawk-3 spot sporadic crowds of between 40 and 200 people leaving the camp at a slower pace. These are likely either wounded or carrying supplies. No risk can be taken with militias moving further to the country, however, and so the two helicopters systematically destroy these groups. Smaller groups are dispatched with the machine guns, however, those with more bodies are taken down using over 120 HE-Frag rockets. As the massacre wound down and the sun rose above the treetops, deaths were tallied by civilian volunteers.

Killed: 84 dead inside of the camp, 12 near Keshera, upwards of 700 dead at various locations further West.

Injured: 1,000+ inside of the camp, 26 near Keshera, upwards of 200 further west.

All injured refugees able to move under their own power would be forced into Mugunga camp, those who were too grievously injured to move under their own power would be dispatched humanely.

With the Congo's forces stretched thin, the decision would be made to rush the assault on the Hutu camps. The fleet of Ka-137 UAVs would be deployed continuously, making the same continuous siren wails and announcements declaring their refugee status void. As this went on, the entirety of the 1st Fleet would arm and fuel themselves. All 5 Tu-16s would carry 12 RBK-750s each, a total of 100,000 pounds worth of cluster bombs. 24 Su-25ks would all arm themselves with the same loadout specified above. All 36 MiG-23s would be armed with six RBK-500 Cluster Bombs a piece. The total amount of bombs and rockets armed on all 65 aircraft would be plenty to devastate the camps. As the CN-235s and Auxiliary air fleet all left for other duties, the aircraft would prepare to taxi onto the runway.

With disastrous results incoming from the Turkish Crisis, Operation Dead dive will come to a close and all aircraft returned to their typical stowage locations.
