Centurius' Post # 17 in Operation Hui Long thread (https://modernnations.com/threads/prc-operation-guardian.2240/) is invalid for the following reason:

His ship deployment which is actually posted in a separate thread called "Operation Guardian" (see Post # 1 and 2 of https://modernnations.com/threads/prc-operation-guardian.2240/) only mentioned:

" With the completion of the new ship the PLAN once again had the capability to properly form Fleets. As such the traditional North, Sea and South Sea Fleets were restored.

While the objectives remained the same the North Sea Fleet was deployed to cover the area between the Korean Peninsula, Japan and China. The East Sea Fleet was deployed to cover the area to the north and east of Taiwan as well as covering any incursion from Taiwan. The South Sea Fleet was deployed to cover the area south of Taiwan and China as well as the South China Sea at large. All ships and aircraft were fully fueled, stocked, equipped and armed with more than enough supplies in all bases. All ships would leave their ports as often as possible on randomized patrol routes making identification difficult. All aircraft likewise rotated patrol routes to be unpredictable. Around the clock full coverage was guaranteed. The presence of Taiwanese vessels, easily detected by the PLAN on the surface and at periscope death were additional cause for concern and as such very closely monitored."

It only mention that "ALL ships would leave their ports as often as possible on randomized patrol routes". Nothing mention which ship or how many ship will leave on certain intervals whatsoever. It only vaguely says; "ALL SHIP WOULD LEAVE THEIR PORT AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE ON RANDOMIZED PATROL ROUTES". Nothing is mentioned in his Operation Guardian post saying: "includes returning to base whenever needed." nor is stated in his initial deployment post: "will refuel and resupply on friendly port and bases within Chinese countryside." He is just posting it just now, in the Operation Hui Long thread; after I posted the outcome of his ships and some of his aircrafts in his Operation Guardian awhile ago (see my post # 3 in Operation Guardian). In short, he failed to properly declare and detail one of the most important and critical aspect of military deployment - logistics. It is clearly mentioned since the beginning in MN rule sets that logistics procedures MUST BE DETAILED. Operation Kingslayer (https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/modernnationsrpg/operation-kingslayer-t12664-s20.html) is the classic example of this case. In Operation Kingslayer, even Naio's ships just exceed just One (1) in-game day of the endurance of his ships and it is declared as per MN RP notice that his ship crew are in critical state already. What more if it exceeds 17 days of ingame days? Besides that, there should be no argument when ship runs out of fuel and remains at sea..for 17 days. Clearly Centurius did not have replenshment ships and failed to state or post further that his ships are refueling and resupplying.

Same goes with the aircrafts he launched in Post # 11 of Operation Hui Long (https://modernnations.com/threads/prc-operation-guardian.2240/). There's no further post saying those 9x AEWACS, 40x J-11D's, and 10x J--20's completed their sorties and went back to base. He even posted in his Post # 11:

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

"Seeing all of these incursions into its airspace, and with AEW&C now finding a large formation of Vietnamese aircraft approaching the worst was assumed. Patrolling J-11Ds were joined by fellow pilots in both J-11Ds and J-20s. In the end 40 J-11Ds and 10 J-20s would be headed to intercept the Vietnamese formation. Once it became clear that they had no intention to counter the border, the operation shifted from interception to countering. The J-20, using their advanced AESA radar would actively seek to jam their Vietnamese counterparts. While the jamming was unlikely to prevent the Vietnamese from getting any information, it would certainly hurt their efforts and show Vietnam that they were messing with a sleeping dog.

Clearly, he those aircrafts did not completed their sorties by returning back to their airbases. They continued with their flight, just on a different mission. And its obvious that no aircraft would sustain a flight for more than 12 ingame days straight.

Furthermore, the 2x Type 055 destroyers Tianjin and Xian was not able to go back to Yulin (see Oplan Kabutihan: https://modernnations.com/threads/oplan-kabutihan.2563/) after the ICJ result since his previous post where he posted that Tianjin and Xian went back to Yulin got voided (in connection of MN RP Notice of Operation Hui Long).

As for his statement saying that:

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

"As higher powers had undone the previous departure from disputed territories, both the Xi'an and Tianjin had resupplied in Subi Reef and were now ordered to go back to Yulin in compliance with the ICJ injunction."

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

First off all, as I've pointed out earlier, there is no explicit post of his ship resupplying. Second, the post where he said those 2x ship went back to Yulin got voided.
