We regret to inform you that your order placed with DCI has been placed on hold pending an investigation into unconfirmed reports of Congolese attacks on Thailand. We are also concerned with the apparent proximity between the government of Turkey and your Current Head of State Emperor Omari Gowon. Turkey has threatened French allies in the middle east. We also have unconfirmed reports of Congolese Peacekeeping troops being sent to the border with Israel. To be frank Mr.Onwudiwe, any support shown towards the current Government of Turkey is going to disallow any purchases from DCI. Here at DCI, we are owned and operated by the French Government. Were you to contact the French Government to aid in clearing up some of these unconfirmed reports, I am quite sure that the holds on your orders can be lifted and production can begin.
