Dear Secretary Lawrence Adams (@Jamie),

It is with great pleasure that I write this email, in the past the Kingdom of Denmark have been quiet on the international field however its my job to change this within the European region and for me to do my job properly it would be best to start relations with key figures within the European region and from this I write this email to start relations between our two nations. Thank you for contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Unforutnately Mr Adams is unavailable but I will be able to discuss on behalf of the United Kingdom.

We would be happy to invite you to the United Kingdom as an effort to begin opening diplomatic relations between the UK and Denmark at your earliest convenience. You will be permitted to bring a security detail, however, please note that these must be unarmed if they are to leave the airport. We will provide armed protection in the form of our Diplomatic Protection Group.

It is with great pleasure that I accept the invite to the United Kingdom and of course we will obey the rules of security detail teams being non-armed. By the time you receive this email, I shall have boarded a Royal Danish Air Force Airbus A321-200, please do let know where to direct the aircraft otherwise if no reply is given, we will be headed to London Gatwick Airport (EGKK/LGW).

With the email being sent, the Minister would head towards the awaiting Royal Danish Air Force Airbus A321-200 with the 4 man security team at Aalborg Airbase. The Danish Aircraft would be call signed "PRESTIGE001", once everyone was comfortable onboard and permission given from Air Traffic Control, the pilots would file a flight plan towards London Gatwick (EGKK/LGW) unless told otherwise.

The aircraft from Denmark was given the credentials to go for London Gatwick, there waiting would be a black SUV with Diplomatic Protection SUVs in front and behind it. These would contain armed officers from the MET Police all of which were waiting for the arrival of the Danish A321-200 to arrive in the UK.
Meanwhile, a memo was forwarded to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to advise them of their readiness to receive the guests.

The Airbus A321-200 callsigned PRESTIGE001 entered the UK airspace, heading towards London Gatwick (EGKK/LGW), the pilots would tune into the ATIS gaining information for the approach before tuning into the approach controller. Once tuned into the approach controllers, the the pilots followed all instructions until they were on final approach in which they would contact the tower frequency to gain permission to land. Once given permission to land, the aircraft would land then proceed taxaiing to an open parking slot.

The Aircraft would grind to a halt, stairs attached which the Minister would step down and enter the awaiting vehicle. The vehicle would drive off (?) towards the meeting location.
