Dear Minister Tzipi Livni (@Alex),

I'd like to start by congratulating you on the election to office for your administration within the State of Israel. As of recent the Kingdom of Denmark has been a ghost on the international stage and we believe by igniting relations with the State of Israel will be a great start to get the Kingdom of Denmark recognised once again on the International Stage and from that I hereby invite you to Denmark to meet with myself as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms. Frida A. Rasmussen, it would be wonderful if you can attend! Please do let us know if you'll be attending or if anyone else is attending from your administration so we can set up the proper security protocol for your arrival, once again congratulations and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Regards,
Mr. Carl S. Nilsson

Dearest Minister Nilsson,

I thank you for contacting us, it is most welcomed.

I would be more than happy to have the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Michael Melchior, meet with you in Copenhagen. In fact, Denmark's capital was his place of birth and I believe he would be more than happy to be the one in charge of opening diplomatic ties between the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Denmark.

Let me know when your earliest convenience is and I will be able to make the necessary preparations.

Kindest Regards,
Tzipi Livni
Minister of Foreign Affairs
State of Israel

With the authorization given by the Danish government, Michael Melchior would board a plane in Ben Gurion Airport leaving for Copenhagen Airport. Deputy Minister Melchior's departure would be sent to the Danish government alongside his estimated arrival time at the airport. It would be estimated that the Deputy Minister would arrive in the Danish capital in approximately 3 hours time.

With the Israeli Minister departing for the Danish Capital, the Politiets Efterretningstjeneste (Danish Security and Intelligence Service) would begin arranging the correct security protocol to be put into place. An armored convoy of 7 vehicles (a mixture of motorbikes & cars/suvs) would begin arriving at the Danish capital airport. The convoy would be consisted of local police units as well as Politiets Efterretningstjeneste, There would be a total of 10 Armed Officers within the Cars and/or SUVs, with four (4) being in the lead car, four (4) being in the rear car and two (2) in the Ministers car. Local law enforcement officers would be riding the motorbikes, with two (2) in front of the convoy and two (2) in the rear.

Once the Minister has landed, through security as well as entered the middle vehicle the convoy would set off for the Foreign Ministry building where the Foreign Minister and Deputy Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs would be waiting to welcome the Israeli.

Michael Melchior's plane would arrive and touch down at the Copenhagen Airport. Once safely on the ground, he would exit the plane, briefcase in hand and enter the security vehicles. Once they reached the Foreign Ministry building, Melchior would shake the hands of the Foreign Minister and the Deputy Minister of Asian Affairs.

"Thank you for hosting me," he would say, "it's good to be back here. Shall we begin?"

The two ministers shook the Israeli delegations hand before leading the way into the building then into the Foreign Ministers office "The pleasure is ours, you're the first foreign delegate to be hosted here in Denmark, we shall begin" the Foreign Minister would point to the seats gesturing for the Ministers to sit

"Can I get you any refreshments?" the Foreign Minister said while taking their seat along with the Deputy Foreign Minister "I hope your flight wasn't too much trouble! I shall start us of, we see Israel as a fundamental nation within the middle east. We've already begun purchasing Israeli equipment through the Ministry of Defence and I believe sitting down between our two nations can strengthen our relations. While the Kingdom of Denmark has no way of initiating trade through vessel(s) etc at this moment in time I believe it would be significant to get some sort of agreement in place so that we can trade and organise a fair trade agreement and/or free trade agreement to help benefit both our nations."

"No, I am quite alright, thank you." The Deputy Minister would decline. "My flight was as comfortable as it could be, I'm not the biggest fan of heights." He would laugh a little. "But we were able to avoid any complications. I believe that a free trade agreement is little too soon, but I believe negotiating prices of our exports would be more than suitable. Israel is currently exporting electrical machinery and equipment, optical, technical and medical apparatus, pharmaceuticals, aircraft, and mineral fuels, including oil. Our current prices are 1,500,000.00$ for the electrical machinery and equipment, 2,275,000.00$ for the medical apparatus, 2,300,000.00$ for the pharmaceuticals, 3,000,000.00$ for the aircraft, and 2,800,000.00$ for the mineral fuels and oil."
