Dear Your Excellency, In accordance with the established bilateral defense cooperation and recognizing the shared interests in maintaining regional stability and strengthening our mutual defense capabilities, the Ministry of National Defense of the Russian Federation formally submits the following request for the procurement of military equipment from the Republic of Poland. The following items are requested for immediate processing and delivery: Kamov Ka-52K Katran Helicopters - Quantity: 25 units Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-31BSM Interceptor Aircraft - Quantity: 42 units Sukhoi Su-34, Fullback - Quantity: 42 units Borei-class Submarine (Project 955) - Quantity: 6 units Admiral Grigorovich-class Frigates - Quantity: 12 units (split into two batches of 6 units each) We kindly request that the appropriate arrangements be made for the prompt delivery of the aforementioned units in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions of our bilateral defense agreements. Please acknowledge receipt of this order and provide us with a proposed schedule for delivery, including any relevant contractual details and payment instructions.
