Minister Nanyaro,
It is well past time for us to reach out to you. As the regional power in Africa, it would be a horrific oversight for Egypt not to make contact with your nation. Today, my primary goals are less so diplomatic and more economic. I am writing to inquire about Tanzania's openness to a trade agreement that would reduce tariffs on some of our countries' goods, with room for future expansion. This deal would be carried by the Suez-Alexandria Freight Authority, at no cost to Tanzania. This deal would primarily focus on Egyptian refined oil exports to Tanzania and Tanzanian coffee, tobacco, and gold exports to Egypt. If you are interested in forging a deal for our nations', and the continents, mutual benefit, then I hope you will respond favorably to these initial proposals.
Best,
Yasmine Handal
