President Rayya Taha,
It is unfortunate that your multi-lateral conference between Middle Eastern leaders failed to garner the attention it deserved; however, you have gained my attention. I am very late in contacting you as a close neighbor, I know. I hope this message will suffice as an introduction.
I am sure you are aware of the global tension surrounding us in the world, with New Caledonia attracting a flurry of international attacks in the Pacific and Thailand continuing to spread its exercises and bases into the mediterranean- much closer to home. If you have been keeping up, you will know that Iraq is considered a core region of the Egyptian Interdiction Zone (EIZ). I hope that you will be open to cooperating with Egypt in the security of the EIZ, and in strengthing the Middle East and Northern Africa as a bastion away from foreign colonialism.
I would like to discuss some treaties and potential deals between our countries in the future. I await your response.
Best,
Sultan Daoud Abdel Moneim II of Egypt and the Sudan
