Government of Sweden
Löfven Administration

Correspondence from the Defence Business Administration, who sit within the Swedish Department of Defence, would be sent directly to the Egyptian Government following great success with the Columbian sale.

An offer for the highly advanced Saab 37 Viggen would be made to for fill the role of the required multirole fighter. This aircraft comes in a numebr of variants to fit the necessary specification of a Columbian investment including a single-seat ground-attack fighter variant (AJ 37), a two-seat trainer variant (SK 37), a single-seat reconnaissance variant (SF 37), a single-seat maritime reconnaissance and strike variant (SH 37), an all-weather interceptor fighter (JA 37); all of which have a number of other software upgrades through the 'JA 37' suite.

This aircraft retails at just $13,150,000.50 per unit.

From the Serbian Ministry of Defence,
To the Egyptian Ministry of Defence,

To reply to your tender, we are offering the following.

Main battle tank: M-84AB

Price per unit is $2,400,000. Orders over 100 unit will have a discount of 10% off of the total price. Training of tank crews and technicians can be arranged in order to do a knowledge transfer on usage and maintenance. Upgrading can be arranged as well later, but it would require a separate payment depending on the upgrade systems prices. Refit can occur in Serbian factories for free.

Details: The M-84AB is a model of main battle tank inspired by the T-72 design but engineered to be more effective in terms of armor, mobility and armament. It is considered a third generation MBT. The AB variant was designed specifically to operate in desert conditions and has improved NBC protection. The main gun fires eastern-style 125mm tank munitions. A country operating eastern MBT fleets may benefit greatly from introducing the M-84 into service, in having variety for local upgrading and reverse engineering capacities. Crew training and tactics are almost wholely similar to eastern MBTs.

Technology purchase of the M-84AB can also occur but must be negotiated separately from this offer.

We thank you for your interest.
