With the necessary precautions and security arrangements now put into place. The Ethiopian administration was alerted that the Danish Government was ready to receive them and apologised for the such long time it took to get ready for their arrival.

Once the Ethiopian administration arrived, an armored convoy would be waiting along with an armed detail waiting to provide security for the whole journey.
