We at the Ethiopian Federation feel a heavy sympathy for your people and country. God bless your nation and the people who are in it. The terrible ebola epidemic is something we wish on no one and we believe that your people will make it through this. However, we have to disclose to you that we will not be allowing the immigration of people from your state until the disease is controlled. We do not feel safe with the free flow of your people into our nation at this time. It is what we have to do.
