Meles Zenawi prepares to have a phonecall with the leader of the French Republic, as ordered by Abiy Abebe. Though this is most likely the most high profile phonecall the Ethiopian Federation has ever made, their prescance in Africa shows a steady increase of power. The Phone rings as he smiles and wait for a response. When it comes, however, he is a bit shaken. He calms down and responds with a clear and calm voice like he usually does. "Hello, Mr. François Mitterrand. We are calling after hearing your statement towards the Global Assembly. We also do believe the process was unfair, and would like to discuss that with you today."

In his office, President Jean Le-Pen waits to confirm that his phone line is encrypted and when he is ensured he would answer the phone.

"Greetings, this President Jean Le-Pen. Thank you for the phone call. Before we go any further, could you confirm that your end of the call is encrypted or secure. If it is not, it is not a problem. I will be happy to call you back immediately so you have time to secure your phone lines."

The Prime Minister leaves a message that the phone calls were already Encrypted and Privated, and would like a swift call back as soon as possible. @Moe

In a quiet office, President Jean Le-Pen waits to confirm that his phone line is encrypted and when he is ensured he would answer the phone.

"Greetings, this President Jean Le-Pen. Thank you for the phone call."

Zenawi answers the man after he is done responding. He looks around the room, Abiy standing behind him, a less dominating and threatening stance as before, but his life still felt at risk. HE continued his conversation with the President.

"Well Mr. Le-Pen, we at Ethiopia would like to congradulate you for leaving such a corrupt organization. When we joined not too long ago, we believed that it would be a great time for peace in the world. However, it looks to not be the case. Our governments political views seem to align very nicely, so we at the Ethiopian Federation would like to rapidly improve relations with your fantastic country."

"Yes, that organization definitely makes you feel unwelcome if you have different opinions than they do. And the whole business of not being able to withdraw from the assembly is nonsense. "Revolver diplomacy", put a gun to our heads if we disagree.

Anyway, we would be very happy to help in anyway. Infrastructure, military whatever you need. And our military would also maybe like to make our presence felt in the region."

"We would love to come to an agreement with our military forces. The Ethiopian Federation would be greatly interested in expanding relations with a country as defiant as yours. The treatment of the French Republic was far from fair, so we would like to have a summit of leaders. Perhaps a meeting to talk about the current events disparaging our nations. I think it would be best for both of us."

"I would like to invite you to France for a Summit. I am currently out of the country at the moment. So, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the second highest office in France, Pierre DuPont. He will conduct the meeting in my stead until I am able to arrive. I will also ask our Minister of Defense, Gregory Lemond to attend the meeting. Airspace in France will be cleared for your plane and a full security detail will be assigned to your delegation. How does this sound to you?"

He would also add, "We have a full arms package ready for you. See you in Paris, friend."

"Sounds fantastic, though we are curious why we would already have an arms package ready and prepared before the details of the deal are irons out. Though it doesn't matter right now, we will be there as soon as possible. Thank you. I look forward to meeting you along with my advisor Abiy Abebe, who helps me as the President of Ethiopia. Goodbye." Meles Zenawi hangs up the phone with a huff and a small glance over his shoulder. Abiy smiles and says' "Well, we better get ready to go."

Later...

The new Prime Minister Abiy Abebe has taken the place of Zenawi after a sudden and surprising resignation. The new Prime Minister is surprisingly confident for being new at the job. He breaths in the Paris air as he leaves the plane and takes his first steps down. Press swarm him as he tries to make his way through. Security protecting him every step of the way. He enters his transportation as he makes it to the Élysée Palace. Once there, the young Abiy is amazed at the absolute size of the building. The architecture dwarfs the smaller buildings of Ethiopia. Even the capital building cannot compare. He sighs and enters, meeting the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The French secret security services push the swarm of onlookers away and form a wall around Prime Minister Abiy Abebe. "Make way! make way!" they shout as they escort him into black SUV. The SUV makes its way to the MOFA offices.

There, MOFA Pierre DuPont greets him and offers him a seat at his desk in his private room.

"I usually never get moments like this. Would you like a Remy Martin?"

Abiy smiles, acceting the beverage as they begin the discussions. "It is great to be hear. So I am very interested in getting talks started right away but I have a few questions if you don't mind." Says the young PM with a smile Looking around it's quite intimidating, hundreds of years of important history lead to this building, but the betterment of Ethiopia starts here. "What is happening with you and Britian. It seems you left the meeting earlier than we imagined." He says with a smile.
