Your Excellency,
It is with deep regret that we have observed the recent economic collapse that has befallen your nation. The Federation of Free Communes of Ukraine extends its sincerest condolences to the people of India in this time of hardship. We recognize the immense challenges that lie ahead in rebuilding your economy and ensuring stability for your citizens.
In response to this crisis, the Federal Coordination Council has convened and voted in favour of providing assistance to India. As a nation founded upon principles of mutual aid and cooperative development, we wish to extend a formal offer of support to aid in your economic recovery.
The communes of Ukraine are prepared to provide both financial resources and manpower to construct various factories across India. These factories will be funded and operated by the communes of Ukraine but will employ Indian workers, ensuring that your people have opportunities for stable income while production capabilities are restored. The military goods produced in these factories will be listed for export through the storefronts managed by the communes of Ukraine—specifically Ukrspecexport. To sustain this endeavor, the communes will retain 5% commission on sales, while 15% of the remaining revenue will be directly transferred to the Indian government to support economic recovery efforts.
Furthermore, should India require additional assistance in rebuilding civilian and humanitarian infrastructure, the communes are prepared to send skilled workers and specialists to assist in construction efforts. This offer extends to hospitals, housing, roads, and any other essential projects that will contribute to the well-being of the Indian people.
Please inform us of your considerations, and we stand ready to coordinate with your government to implement these measures as swiftly and effectively as possible if you agree to the terms.
