I am writing to request from the Global Assembly complete records of recent CBRN weapons registration in accordance with the SALT Treaty, verified and signed by you or a trusted official representing a relevant office. As well, I am requesting information confirming the subject of Italy's Public Message from last year, specifically the accusations levied towards the United States. My Office views this as a top priority, and brevity would be appreciated.

Given the message was addresed to the GA ("FOR/GA EYES ONLY"), Argentina being part of that GA would receive a copy of the Note.

Taiwan representatives would privately be contacted and asked if it is planning to put forward a formal request to investigate the issue.

A Formosan Representative would state that while his office is planning a formal request to investigate the issue with the accusations levied at the US, the general records request is part of a plan to develop a database within Taiwan's various agencies dealing with CBRN Arms, Specifically the Military Intelligence Bureau's Strategic Arms Office, and the Customs Bureau's HAZMAT Response Unit.

The Formosan Representative would privately be informed that argentine intelligence services managed to store official US publications depicting their current (at the moment) stock of XV Warheads, which has been made unavailable to the public few months ago, and that prove a clear breach of international agreements by part of Washington, clearly making a case for the ICJ to investigate and determine the consequences.

Brazilian representative Juan Valdez would take a look at the note, as received by all GA members, and consider the ramifications of the issue before texting back to Brazil on an encrypted phone.

Juan Valdez would work towards reaching out to his Formosan counterpart and ascertain if any assistance would be needed in this investigation.

Argentina would privately send a copy of the information dowloaded from the US Armed Forces, stating that, as of august 2013, they had 2000 VX Warheads.
