It has been publicly noted in the media that your country has launched a military campaign against the Republic of Congo and we have been observing media reports. Although we will not commit to sending military forces to support your campaign, we will offer a safe haven for you and your family should you require to leave the country if foreign military forces decide to involve themselves in any way they see necessary. I have coordinated with the President of the Regional Council of La Réunion who has offered to accomodate you and your family in the region.
