"For now we'll only be interested in two trains with ten cars each; two power cars and eight passenger cars to be able to hold five hundred and eight passengers in each train. 44,000,000.00$ for the two trains seems more than reasonable. Both will be placed on the Beijing-Tianjin line." Hu Jintao would then begin writing down the order on a paper to give to the National People's Congress. "When it comes to military equipment; Minister Chi Haotin will be more than capable of answering any of your questions."

With that, the Minister of National Defense would speak. "We have never sold either of those military hardware, but we would be willing to sell to France at a slight mark-up compared to our usual mark-up. After all, this radar system and the strategic bombers are high-tech equipment and we would need to make it worth our while to sell it to a foreign nation. The JY-14 Radar System would be sold at 5,381,775.93$ per unit. As for the Xian H-6 Strategic Bombers, the base variant would be sold at 46,349,999.60$ per unit. Let us know how many you wish to purchase and I'll have a purchase form prepared for you."

"Okay, so as far as the train line is concerned, you are not interested in pursuing a Beijing-Shanghai line, or using a technology transfer of the new TGV cars? I just want to make that clear?"

"We did have another business proposal in mind, if you still have time. Peugeot and Renault are looking to expand their business interests in Asia. Perhaps we could develop a joint-partnership with one of China's auto producers, where Renault and Peugeot products are built in factories here in China by Chinese workers. Therefore you would not have to export them, and these factories could create over 10,000 jobs per plant built.

"We would also like to set up trade routes, where we could export pharmaceuticals, plastics, plastic articles and computers in exchange for consumer goods, iron and steel.

"As far as the military purchases, we are most grateful. We would like to purchase 20 JY-14 radar systems and 9 Xian H6 bombers."

"China would be interested in the technology transfer of the TGV cars, but for the Beijing-Tiajin line and not the a Beijing-Shanghai line. We would also be interested in pursuing this joint-partnership. However, where did you come up with the figure of 10,000 jobs? If I were to guess, a single factory would create roughly 1,000 jobs...

As for trade routes, we will be able to set them up shortly after our meeting."

The Minister of National Defense would then speak up. "For 20 JY-14 radars and 9 Xian H6 Bombers, the total price will come to: 524,785,515‬.00$. Production will begin once the funds have been transferred."

"Excellent, the transfer of technology should be easy to accomplish. As far as the 10,000 jobs, here is our estimate, of the Proposed Guangzhou Plant. As you can see there would be 3400 permanent workers, 1200 contract labour, 400 apprentices, 600 trainees and 2000 managers and assistant managers. This would not even the temporary construction jobs in building the plant. We expect 3 shifts per day and an output of 350 thousand cars per year the first year. Renault Output Per Year Estimate.

Both Renault and Peugeot each are interested in building plants in the Guangzhou area, as well as a joint-headquarters, residences for French employees and a local French school for children of the employees. We estimate each plant will cost 750 million dollars to construct. Peugeot and Renault will each invest 500 million in each plant which means China would need to spend 250 million on each plant.

Renault and Peugeot are so excited they even have the models they wish to produce in mind. Mister President, I am really looking forward to getting these investment projects underway, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are more investment opportunities France has in mind. But we can go one step at a time.

Do you have any questions?"

Upon receiving the e-mail from the new French government, Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji, would have gathered up half a dozen loyal soldiers and made his way to where Le Pen and President Hu Jintao were holding their meeting: Zhongnanhai. Upon their arrival, Zhu Rongji would order for the six soldiers to wait outside of the meeting area as to not alert Le Pen and Minister DuPond, he would then walk in and make his way to where Hu was sitting and whispered in his ear so that no one but he would hear him.

"There has been a coup in France," he would tell him, "they've contacted me and have ordered the immediate arrest of Le Pen and DuPond on charges of treason. I verified this new government's legitimacy: the people of France are celebrating in the streets and no one in the country has opposed their rise to power, not even foreign nations. I don't believe Le Pen and DuPond hold anymore power in France, it may be best - for continued relations with France, to do as this new government asks. I have six soldiers waiting outside the garden if you decide to follow with the arrest."

"You're positive that this new government is legitimate?" Hu would ask.

"As legitimate as they come..."

"Very well, send them in."

Zhu would whistle and the gates to the garden would burst open, six soldiers storming in with their weapons pointed to Le Pen and DuPond. Hu Jintao would rise from his seat. "Jean-Marie Le Pen and Jacques DuPond, as President of the People's Republic of China and under the demand of the new French government, I place you both under arrest for charges of treason against your nation. You are both to be immediately extradite back to mainland France to face whatever punishment or hearing that they have waiting for you there."

"Arrest me?!" Le Pen would ask with anger. "You can't arrest me! I have diplomatic immunity!"

"Not anymore; according to your government." Hu would reply, as calm as possible, considering the situation. "Resistance will only make your situation worse; you're at the center of China, there is no escape from this." While DuPond would not resist and allowed himself to be arrested and removed from the garden without problem, Le Pen would begin screaming and throwing a tantrum. He eventually resorted to charging at the Chinese President with a pen, but one of the soldiers would knock him out cold with the butt of his rifle and he was then dragged out of the garden. "As for the two of you," he would say to the French CEOs that accompanied Le Pen, "you are both free to leave the nation and return to France without further problems. Speak to my assistant and she'll have two one-way first-class plane tickets to France ordered for you."

With that the CEOs were escorted out and the President and Premier of China would return to their offices to begin the process of extraditing Le Pen and DuPond.
