I am sure you have made an honest mistake, however, the only John Kerry in the United States Government is a Senator from Massachusetts. Unfortunately, the Secretary of State, Warren Christopher and his Deputy Strobe Talbott are otherwise engaged, so I have been tasked to make correspondence with you. Due to the lapse in our communication it seems our relations seem somewhat a bit adrift, but that can be soon corrected.

Yes, President Jean Le-Pen has recently won a Presidential run-off that saw him take nearly 65% of the popular vote. He clearly has won the hearts and minds of the French public. President Le-Pen is working towards the future, and wants to end all of the war and strife that has pervaded much of Europe the last five years.

As far as Franco-American relations, what are your goals of this relationship, beyond the normal trade agreement/import/export way of doing business?

What are your policies towards Europe? There has been war in Ukraine. A purge of non-governmental parties in Italy.

Beyond talking trade, is there anything else you would like to discuss?
