This Registrar is managed by the Strategic Arms Disarmament Organization under the Authority of the Secretary General, Mr. Clark Stone.
Members to the Global Assembly are responsible for their own Registration, who are obligated to keep their Listing Relevant and Current to their Situation.
Each Listing will require a Nation to disclose their Chemical and Biological Agents, signed by a Statement of Truth. The Representative must sign their usual Signature

  • Court Proceedings may be brought against any Member if he/she makes, or causes to be made, a False Statement in their Listing verified by a Statement of Truth
