[GA] Phone Call to The Netherlands

The following is RP from the perspective of The General Assembly, not of Norway.

Mr. Gregory Figueroa, Secretary General of The General Assembly, made an encrypted phone call to the Minister-President of The Netherlands. He didn't even bother to have his secretary make the call on his behalf. He waited for the Minister President's secretary to answer, and when she did, said, "This is Secretary General Figueroa calling for the Minister-President. This is an emergency, please get him now."

With the Prime Minister still in talks at the European Treaty Organisation, Deputy Prime Minister Mark Rutte would be tasked with answering the call. After the line was encrypted and secured he answered, "Mr Secretary General, I am told you have an emergency, how can I be of assistance?"

"Deputy Prime Minister, this ongoing situation in Russia is the second major terrorist incident in the past few days. These men have made demands of the General Assembly. I am calling to request that you visibly double the security at and around the International Court of Justice and other GA properties, immediately. It could be very destabilizing for the world if an attack were to successfully take place here," Mr. Gregory explained.
