The Canadian Ambassador would vote nay.

"Now we can please move back to the more important matter of Kosovo. The decorum of debate in this chamber is sloppy and the structure of debate is lousy. Canada would've voted for this bill with amendments but amendments have not even been considered into debates. Again, Canada is offering its services at chairing debates, as I have extensive experience in it (OOC: Shit tonne of Model UN)"

This is the response of the Secretary General of The Global Assembly, NOT of Norway.

@Joe
@Owen

The Secretary General would remind members that if votes are not submitted with the proper format, they will not be counted.

Because the vote was tied, the Secretary General was allowed to cast a tie-breaking vote.

[ASSEMBLY MEMBER]: Mr. Gregory Figueroa

[DATE]: December 2013

[VOTE]: DECLINE

[REASON]: This resolution is very well-meaning and has exceptional potential, however it is the opinion of the Secretary General that this resolution is not developed nor specific enough in its articles.

Therefor, the resolution did not pass.
