  • Usage is restricted to defensive operations and humanitarian missions. Offensive deployment outside sovereign waters (territorial water and continuous zone) requires pre-clearance from Thailand’s National Assembly.
2. Intellectual Property and Technology Safeguards
  • All proprietary systems (combat, navigation, and communications) remain the intellectual property of the original inventor and operator, whether within or outside Thailand. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, duplication, or transfer of technologies is strictly prohibited.
  • In the event of contract breach, Thailand retains the right to receive retribution of 200% of the original purchase value, in which the purchaser (India) shall

  • Buyer waives sovereign immunity in cases of non-compliance with these terms, allowing Thailand to seek legal or economic redress in international courts.
6. Termination and Force Majeure
  • Thailand reserves the right to terminate the contract if the buyer engages in actions that undermine workers’ right, human rights, or environmental integrity.
  • In the event of force majeure, the parties agree to negotiate an equitable resolution, prioritizing mission continuity and mutual interests.
