Thank you for reaching out to us about the purchase of the mentioned aircraft, Dassault Aviation has long appreciated its cooperation with Indian governments preceding yours and hopes that this positive relationship can continue in the future.

As you are likely aware Her Imperial Majesty has recently issued a Proclamation that imposes heavy restrictions on the sale of certain types of equipment, including the Rafale and all its variants. Because of this we were required to consult the Directorate General for Proliferation to receive authorization for the sale of these aircraft. I am pleased to inform you that we have secured the permission to sell up to 50 Rafales to the Gandhi Empire, if you need any additional aircraft in the future, we will need to request further permission. You will find the certificate attached to this message.

If you need any further information please let us know, but otherwise we are all good to proceed with the production.

In my capacity under Imperial Proclamation 20005050001 I do hereby declare that the Gandhi Empire may receive the aircraft family known as Dassault Rafale under the following conditions.

Variants
All variants may be sold to the Gandhi Empire.

Number
Under this certificate up to fifty Rafales may be sold, this number includes all variants.

Expiration
The certificate will expire on 01-05-2007 at which point a new certificate must be requested for any aircraft not sold before that date.

General Restrictions
The Gandhi Empire may not resell any aircraft to a third party without receiving permission from the DGP. In case of hostilities by the Gandhi Empire against the Third French Empire or her allies the certificate will expire immediately and no further equipment may be delivered.
