Hello,

My ticket is about the tax system. As an individual who's been a member since the 6th of September, 2018, I find it puzzling that my current balance is less than a month's net income, yet I've not used a single penny. As such, I'm asking for an explanation regarding what I'm misunderstanding, or rectification if a mistake has occurred.

In addition, I am curious to know what the "Tax" section of the overview section of the Economy page is. At the present time, it's currently listing a 3 for Turkey, however I do not know what that means and wish to receive clarification on it.

Best wishes, Retroliser

Hello @Retroliser,

Each tax period you get 787,410,530.00, which is accurate based on your time here. That is 3 tax periods.

The "Tax" is a number that administrators use to give tax for each week. It's only an administrative tool, it resets if a new country or Economy changes take place. It's purely for us to allow the economy to work.

Kind Regards,
Jamie

@Jamie

Forgive me, but I'm still confused. The total income listed is: 11,811,157,950.00, which, if we minus the listed 9,448,926,360.00 costs, equals 2,362,231,590.00.

Therefore, how does that equal only 787 million per tax period? What calculation did you use that resulted in 787 million? Why are the total income and outgoings listed appearing to have no actual meaning as to how much I am to expect per tax period? How am I meant to budget if I'm not provided with the financial information necessary to plan?

Apologies for the inconvience,
Retroliser

Hi @Retroliser

The OutGoings reflects that of any purchases, and running costs through all time. It has no reflection of an individual tax period and is used to calculate the figures. The total income shows all money ever received, before running costs.

Your Tax Rate, in accordance with your running costs gives you 787million per period.

Your Tax Rate: 50$
Your Percentage: 80%
tax Rate * Population - 80% = 787,410,530.00 which is your tax period income.

Kind Regards,
Jamie
