[Germany] Emergency Council Meeting - Belgian Crisis

A secret and private emergency council would be held in the Chancellery Building, between the Kaiser, the Chancellor and his Ministers.
They would all be waiting for the Kaiser to enter the office, which had a long square table, with various folders, everyone was sat down waiting for the Kaiser to arrive, the Chancellor was at the right side, paralleled to where the Kaiser should shit, which was at the head of the table. Two Guards would open the double doors to the room, after unlocking them. "His Majesty the Kaiser Fredrick III" one would them would announce. Everyone would stand up as he entered the room and sat in his chair.

"Good Morning, shall we proceed?" The Kaiser would say with the most cautions voice.

"Good Morning your Majesty, yes, perhaps its best we start.. time is of the essence." The Chancellor would nod towards the minister of Foreign affairs giving him time to speak. The Minister would explain the Belgian crisis to everyone, detailing what they know. The Kaiser hearing most of it, especially the part where Belgium had turned into a Communist State was not happy.

"And what does this mean for Germany?" The Kaiser would ask, directing his question towards the Chancellor.

"It could mean everything and nothing, while a communist state right at our doorstep is unacceptable and frustrating, after seeing what it had done to East Germany, and all other ex-soviet states. To see it again, brings bad memories...It is in my opinion that we should issue a official statement condemning this situation, as well as the protests and declare that Germany doesn't agree with having a communist state again on its borders. And place 2 brigades near the Belgian border for precaution, encase the protests spill over the border." The Chancellor would say.

"I agree with the first part, but the latter seems a bit aggressive?" The Kaiser would say with a inquisitive tone.

"Yes it is, but its more for precaution, unless it goes from 0 to 100 really fast, I don't see them being used, its a Belgian matter, but it will start to be a German matter if our citizens start being targeted or if this state because overly aggressive towards its citizens or if the protests spill over to Germany...which is unacceptable."

The Kaiser would think for a moment, and would nod, giving them the authorization to do the statement and the movements of forces towards the Belgian border, even if just a token force, it would serve to at least provide a solid defence until more help could arrive.
