Guten abend, I would like to express my utmost disgust and revulsion at the threats and diplomatic posturing of the French government towards your country. Despite our countries not having formal relations, His Imperial & Royal Majesty has delegated me to ask to meet your Figurehead for the People's Government to meet in Potsdam. Considering the disgust that both of our countries share for what is currently considered to be a French autocracy, and considering that your country has recently taken the bid that Reichland Defence and the Federal Ministry of Defence have put out, we feel that it should be a necessity to discuss on the potentiality of financial, and potentially military support with His Majesty. Understand, though, that our government — while not privy to the internal dealings of your country and its political climate — remains concerned thanks to what is considered deliberate attempts to form another communist government in the Asian sphere of influence. We may not support such an ideology, but we feel that it is necessary to stick up for anyone, regardless of who they are, in the face of a potentially-aggressive warmonger (especially considering said warmonger is right next door to the German Reich). If any of you are interested in meeting with His Imperial & Royal Majesty, remember to be discreet; we would prefer that such a meeting go on without people worrying if we are falling closer to socialism, especially with the recent scares regarding France's own agendas.
