Dear Minister Dastis, It is with great pleasure that I write my first formal e-mail as the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs within the Federal Republic of Germany. With Spain being in close proximity, I believe it will be best suited to kick start relations with your nation, especially after the fiscal that the old administration created within the region. I am proposing that we start off with a meeting between ourselves either in Spain or here in Germany where we can discuss numerous topics such as trade, relations between our nations and global affairs. The Spanish Ambassador to Germany would depart the Spanish Embassy in Berlin and would head to the Federal Foreign Office in an embassy provided SEAT Altea with an unarmed agent driving.

With the Spanish Ambassador on their way to start relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of Spain, the Federal Foreign Minister would prepare some files and topics while issuing for local police units to escort the Spanish vehicle to the meeting location.

The Spanish Ambassador arrives at the Federal Foreign Office, Pablo García-Berdoy walks into the building and heads through security, showing his diplomatic credentials to the security guard and any other staffer as his unarmed security agent does the same, following closely behind as his main task was to protect the Ambassador.

"Hello. I have an appointment to meet Minister Wirtz, if you could inform him I am here please."

The Secretary would look the Ambassador and the Protection Officer up and down before speaking "He's expecting you" she'd pause standing up before moving from behind the desk "If you'd like to follow me", she'd begin leading the way knocking on the door to his office before entering the room "Mr Wirtz, I have the Spanish Ambassador here to see you" once finished speaking, she'd leave the room closing the door behind her before returning to her duties.

Niklas stood up from his desk, extending his hand before gesturing for the Ambassador to take a seat "Ambassador, thank you for coming on such short notice. I hope the traffic wasn't too bad for you! Can I get you any refreshments?"

The Ambassador took a seat as he signalled for his security agent to wait outside, he did just that and left the two in peace and shut the door behind him.

"No worries, I wasn't doing much anyway!" He chuckled. "The traffic was the typical Berlin traffic, kind of busy but we got through it in the end, just a water for me please!"

Niklas would just nod in agreement, signalling for an aide to bring in a glass of water for the Ambassador "Well like I said I thank you for coming on such short notice. It is the goals of the Roth Administration that European nations are a fundamental key to the success of the Federal Republic of Germany along with the security and peace of Europe. With that being said, we see the Kingdom of Spain a key future ally and from that we'd like to start relations with such a nation by kicking off a Free Trade Agreement and trade deals in the future when we have a Merchant Navy of our own"
