Encryption Level Classified Recipient Minister of Foreign Affairs, Turkey Axis12 Dear Minister of Foreign Affairs, Due to the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East, It is, with regret, my duty to inform you that Canada is closing it's embassy presence within Turkey. Under international law, we request our embassy staff are allowed to evacuate safely and without hinderance. They will catch civilian aircraft out of Canada. We appreciate your support in this matter and hope our diplomats can return soon to Turkey. Your embassy is invited to remain open in Canada.
