"Dear Secretary Green, The Royal Canadian Navy previously acquired 15 Offshore Raiding Crafts which were being sold off by the Royal Marines. These craft have proved invaluable in the creation of our new Marine Command Regiment, which is why I am writing to enquire if were could purchase another 50 of these vessels, either second hand or newly produced. In addition, we would like to add onto our request by purchasing the following, LCVP - 10 Units.
