The Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Benhamin Knight has been given the authorisation to discuss the acquisition of Aircraft from Airbus to accommodate for Britain's trading via Cargo Aircraft; but has also extended this authority to the possible purchase of Trainer Aircraft for the British Armed Forces. In an interest to make such a sale, he had called the main office for First Choice International, requesting to speak to someone regarding the negotiation to purchase Civilian and Military grade aircraft. @Hollie

This Phonecall was answered on a PRIVATE and ENCRYPTED Line

"Good Afternoon. You're speaking to Mrs. Durand, Deputy Chief Executive Officer to First Choice. To best serve your purpose, may I ask whether your calling in regards to Commercial or Military Goods?"

"Commercial goods." spoke the British Secretary "We are hoping to invest in cargo aircraft that would support British Interests in the Trading World -- giving us the ability to offer quicker deliveries of cargo as opposed to maritime trade. With that in mind, we've done some research and investigating into options and we're taken an interest in the A330P2F, an aircraft based of the Airbus A330 and one we'd like to look into placing an order for twelve of these aircraft, is this something you would be able to accommodate for and perhaps get the ball rolling in regards to such procurement?"

"Splendid choice, Sir. The A330, Designated the P2F will definitely accommodate your Requirements. Converted to meet Commercial Demands, the A330P2F is a High Payload Capacity Freighter, optimized for Longer range Performance. Hopefully, you'll have received the FX.1 Document? The Map illustrates the Range of the Aircraft, and all Possible Destinations taking off from the United Kingdom. These, are $325,320,000.00 Per Unit.

For Local Maintenance and Repairs, we offer a Renewable 12 Months License for $133,400,000.00. Blueprints and Spare Parts, included.

[FAXED]
  • This License is for Commercial Use only and for the intended Products in this Call. Not to be confused with Military Grade
  • First Choice reserves the right to Withdraw the License, providing they give 2 (OOC) Days notice to the British Government
  • This License has been issued Exclusively to the British Government and may not be Resold or Traded to any Third Party

"To confirm, we're looking at 3,903,840,000.00 for the twelve A330P2F, plus the licence so a grand total of 4,037,240,000.00. This is something we're happy to go ahead with, although I'd like to inquire as to your installment packages? Ideally we're hoping to get a 12-month installation package if this is something you'd be able to support us with?"

"This Procurement has a value of $4,037,240,000.00, You're correct. First Choice would not normally approve Partial Payments over 12 Months. However, the British Government and their business is very much appreciated, so we can make an exception. To round your Payments to the closest whole number, the Plan would cover 10 Months, and not the 12 you intended. Should you decide to go ahead, Monthly Repayments are $403,724,000.00. Will this arrangement suit your Financial needs?"

"That sounds perfect, and we'd like to go ahead with such an arrangement. We have submitted the first monthly repayment to commence the works, if you'd be happy to commence sooner rather than later. If you have any problems, please do let me know." the delegate paused for a moment. "I would also like to query whether First Choice would be interested in setting up in the United Kingdom, perhaps some production factories? We're hoping to invest in the North of England, and would see a nice opportunity for both First Choice and the Northern Powerhouse in the United Kingdom benefit from one another. Offering jobs whilst giving you extra production plants."

FAXED ATTACHMENT 1: DOC. Airbus A330P2F Blueprints, License Agreement and Invoice

"Just to confirm, the Twelve Airbus A330P2F are in production and will be with you very soon. You should have received a Fax, with the Necessary Documentation. Please make sure to keep these secure... Er, Alexander is dealing with the Relocation. However, I'm aware the British Government were unsuccessful, in our Headquarters Bid. That isn't to say we aren't interested in opening a Site, but that other Entries offered more in their pursuits. However, we won't pass on the opportunity to construct a Production Facility, to better serve Europe. Though, this depends on whether you have a Site available to us?"

The British Delegate rolled his eyes to the comment regarding the unsuccessful bid offered by the British Government, although he knew of First Choice's place on the world stage as the biggest military supplier. We have some new land leases ready in place that would allow the construction of facilities. Having them as fresh-ground for your own construction would give you the opportunity to base them around your requirements for production and make it sleek. I must inform you that the British Government is also in the process of a new bill which will cover Consumer Rights, which, in essence, ensures you provide workable products or offer maintenance/to rebuild them if any damages are noticed upon transit. Is this something you'd be happy to accommodate for if the bill was to pass? If so, then there shouldn't be a problem.

Due to the jobs this could also create, there would be no ground fees although you'd be expected to cover the payment for a 1% VAT Charge. Normal VAT rates approximate 25%, but in good faith, all we request is a 1% VAT Rate paid annually.

Just a side note, out of curiosity, is the H160 something you would be willing to export too?"

FAXED ATTACHMENT 1: Aircraft Production Facility 001, Interior Office Spaces 002, Interior Hangar Space 003

"Perfect. We prefer Sites that have no Structural Integrity, yet. First Choice have a Conceptual Design in mind for an Aircraft Manufacturing and Repair Plant. We have Faxed the Design Plans, for your own verdict. To confirm, we will have no issue operating within the Consumer Rights Bill. Further improving our Customer Service is a Key Objective of our Company... We're offering British Building Firms the opportunity to work with First Choice, in the Construction phase. I'd prefer the Project to remain Local, to prevent outsourcing Employment and Materials. Will the British Government arrange this for us? Please provide a Quote for the work, and the Payment options.

The 1% VAT Charges are more than adequate, helping us deliver affordable equipment internationally. Of course, I don't assume these are the only charges. Does the Government require Corporate Tax? We can offer a generous 5% Annual.
Orders mostly involve Military Goods, including Full Armament and Weapon Systems. Will these Productions be an issue? For example, Delivering these Goods require access to Civilian Airspace? We want Clear, Transparent Fees.

And yes, The Airbus Helicopters H160 is available to the British. I'll speak to the Research Department to find out the Status of the Aircraft, though I'm confident the Development is complete...
So that I can offer our very best export price, do you require a Maintenance License Fee?"

"We would certainly be happy to work to carry out the word of such facility. We would be able to offer it from our own government for an outsourced cost of two billion. That'd be distributed to the 3rd party companies involved to ensure the construction is set up to high standards, the latest technology and perfect for such a production plant. We would be happy to arrange for this to take place sooner rather than later if the cost is something that you're happy to go ahead with. We are happy with the 5% Corporate tax and there won't be any problems consisting of First Choice delivering military goods through our airspace. That will be transparent.

As for the H160, as these will be utilised by our Air Force, is there any possibility of you providing training to maintain the aircraft ourselves?"

"Design, Construction and Material Selection should be chosen with quality and reliability in mind. While the generous $2,000,000,000 certainly ensures a lot, we cannot afford to be complacent. The efficiency of our Aviation Infrastructure must not come into question. First Choice will match the investment by the British Government to deliver the functionality and operational efficiency required. To confirm, the established Charges are 1% VAT and 5% Corporate Tax on an annual basis, with no ground rates? Onto a more serious point, dealing with Military Goods and highly sophisticated weapons will expose us to potential threats. What Security Measures do you have in mind?

The License is a collection of Blueprints and Documentation to the Airbus H160 to help serve the British Government in making local repairs and maintenance. And, we offer free 24/7 Support for all your engineering needs. This is an Annual Fee of $133,400,000.00... And the H160 has an asking price of $18,180,000.00 Per Unit"

"Correct, no ground rates. I am not certain whether this will change in the future with British law but there are no current plans for that to be discussed. Regarding security, the United Kingdom has a zero tolerance for weapons, so those that do have them, don't tend to have them for long. Local Law Enforcement have armed response units ready twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The placement of First Choice facilities will be covered like other businesses, including defence facilities such as Ziron. Security fencing and of course security Identification would be handled by yourself but when it comes to the law of the country, there is enough in place to ensure there's no risk. Given the location of the planned facilities, they are also considered out of the way when it comes to populated areas.

In relation to the Airbus H160, we are contemplating whether the new RAF Squadron is to be definite, but I've taken note of the prices and it seems very generous. I will report that to the Ministry of the Defence and I am sure they will be in touch within the coming days to discuss further if it's within their interests."

"The British Government have been so generous. So, we're always open to Ground Rates in the Future. Out of Curiosity, is a Draft Available on Consumer Laws? Compliance is very serious. Knowing whether our Policies need altering to accommodate them is important. I wouldn't want us to breach Local Laws, because of our ignorance. And, How long do you expect the Construction to take? This will help First Choice to stay on schedule. With Security readily available, I will take steps to ensure our Assets are Safely Stored. Where would you prefer we send the $2,000,000,000, and to whom?

To express our Gratitude (And if you're interested) I'll waiver Commission on the Airbus H160 and produce these at a Flat Production rate of $15,000,000.00 Per unit, for the Ministry of Defence."

"The draft for consumer rights is progressing well within our Government, it has so far passed all stages within the House of Commons and will shortly be delivered to the House of Lords. There is a clear indication for a successful bill entering the UK regarding these rights. Please bare with me.." there was a short pause, before a PDF was emailed to the First Choice Representative "There we go! Please take a look, this is the law that'll be introduced to the UK by all accounts very soon. Construction? We'd aim for a swift turnaround. We estimate about two months (one ooc month) for the completion before the base is clearly set out and you can begin.. umm.. 'moving in' so to speak. If this is something you're content with?
If you could transfer the 2bn dollars to the main Uk account, it will be distributed between the third parties involved.

Thank you for the waiver of the commission, I will be sure to let the MoD know of this production rate and get back to you soon."

FAXED ATTACHMENT 1: Transfer to Great Britain

"After looking over the British Consumer Bill of 2012, I'm Fortunate to say we will not need to make Amendments to our Policies. To those ends, we're pleased to see the British Government working towards Fairer Consumer Rights. We have Faxed over the Details of our $2,000,000,000.00 Transfer. Not that I'm trying to question the Construction Time, but that I'd like to make sure 2 Months is enough time? With Summer at an end, the Wetter Months are dawning in. Regardless, Before we begin, we must address Location?"

"We believe so, enough resources will be pitched. Although, to ensure a deadline is met, I'd add an extra month to cover for any delays that could occur. Locations, as we've isolated the interest of northern England. We are opting to a large, former farmland on the M62 near Goole in the North East of England."; an image sent showing a long, open-space grass region. "We feel it'll offer opportunities for a big facility, but also opportunities for expansion in the future. With our focus on the Northern Powerhouse of the UK, it'd be a very welcomed area. Offering hundreds of jobs for the locals and First Choice a region in the Northern side of Europe."

FAXED ATTACHMENT 1: Helipad Design

"Goole sounds Splendid. Would the Site have Space for Three (3) Helipads? Check the Fax for our Designs. What are the License Fees (Permit) for operating them? And just confirm whether First Choice will have Access to Civilian Airspace? Sorry for these Questions, but I'm trying to avoid Unexpected Charges that may come between ourselves and the Project. The Company have a Demanding Schedule, so Sooner the better. We're aiming for a British Workforce of 12,560 and 350 Engineering Apprenticeships in Collaboration with the Universities of Great Britain, covering many Aviation Roles in Airbus, Lockheed and Sikorsky Helicopters. These are offered as part of our Global University Scheme. Would you mind providing a List of Universities who might be interested in our Programme? This Strong Network will ensure the Engineering and Technological Specialists of our Future..."

"I will arrange for three helipads to be made available, this would work hand-in-hand with a permit. No extra fees but all aircraft must be manned by First Choice Staff, and must be unarmed. Armament can be transferred separately. Civilian Airsapce will be permitted, and of course, the usual procedures for air travel still applies. The contacting of Air Traffic Control and the normal safety procedures must be in place. These are something you already apply in other countries so I suspect it won't be a problem." He'd pause for a few moment before sending a list in a quick-email. "I've just forwarded you a list of the best advised universities that could provide options in the programme.", the list contained some of the top universities based on Engineering and Technological specialisations. "

FAXED ATTACHMENT 1: The University Engagement Programme, Business Offer

"Helicopters Operating from our Landing Site in Goole will be unarmed. Their Purpose is to Transport our Local Business Partners... And I'm sure, the British Government and her Forces are equipped with Threats? So, First Choice won't make Habit of Firing. With an intended Workforce of 12,560, 40 will operate the Helicopters as Flight Engineers, Crew Chief, Field Maintenance and Depot.... Splendid, Splendid. Would you mind contacting these Universities with our Engagement Programme? We'll go for —
  • University of Oxford
  • University of Cambridge
  • University of Edinburgh
  • University of Glasgow
  • University of Bath
  • And, De Montfort University, Leicester.
And Please let us know when the Construction Companies begin work, so that we can update our Records. Just one more thing to discuss, Whether our Consumers have to pay a Custom Duty Tax? There might be times when our Deliveries from Overseas (Europe, or otherwise) might have to go through British Borders, before reaching their Final Destination. Understanding the Nature of our Sales, would this Present a problem for your Government?"
