With Prime Minister Jericho Bourne otherwise engaged in a meeting regarding the European Treaty Organisation, Kyle Chamberlain, an MP in the House of Commons and a member of the Cabinet as the First Secretary of State has released a statement regarding terrorism that has hit the US, and recently hit Nigeria. Standing in front of a podium in front of 10 Downing Street, his speech was covered by multiple news networks.

"The United Kingdom, along with her International allies have always operated together with the intention of locating and neutralising any terrorist threats, anything that could pose a danger to innocent lives across our country. Through the support of the ISAF, the Global Assembly and the mere friendship that surrounds British Allies; we have supported campaigns that set out to stop these attacks. Over the last week, both Nigeria, and the United States of America have each been subject to attacks by individuals or established groups with only one goal and that is to disrupt our way of life and cause as much damage as possible. This is something that the British Government condemns, and we offer our support and condolences to America and Nigeria in these trying times.

Irrespective of Foreign Policies, Disagreements or just geographical location; the ever-lasting threat from terrorism is something we all must work together, strive to prevent and counter it in anyway possible. Earlier this year, the United Kingdom was on the receiving end of these attacks. The Governments policy on this is simple. We do not negotiate nor tolerate any forms of terrorism and through our striving emergency services, our armed forces and our commitment to preventing it, we will continue to support other governments to counter it. We will be offering resource to Nigeria and the US during this time."

With that, the First Secretary of State stood down from the podium.
