Your Excellency,

I hope this email finds you well. On behalf of the Honourable Company of India, I am writing to express our interest in the acquisition of a number of military equipment from the Russian Federation for the modernisation of our armed forces.

As you may be aware, the Company already operates a number of Russian equipment, one of which is the Tupolev Tu-22M2 strategic bombers. We are looking to upgrade these bombers to the modernised variant of the Tu-22M3, if you would allow it. We are also looking to acquire a number of coastal missile defence systems for our naval forces and a number of electronic warfare systems for our ground forces. In total, we request the purchase of the following:

• 21 x Tupolev Tu-22M3 Strategic Bombers
• 14 x Rubezh-ME Coastal Missile Defence Systems
• 219 x R-330Zh Electronic Warfare Systems

Furthermore, we would also like to request a price on the Lada-class and Losos-class submarines as the Company's navy is looking to purchase 16 diesel-electric submarines.

• Losos-class submarine: $105,000,000.00

We can also provide further specifications, and delivery timelines for both the Lada-class and Losos-class submarine platforms. Our team can prepare a comprehensive proposal to support your evaluation and procurement process.
