Knight Odinson Security: ENCRYPTED To Foreign Minister Andrey Kozyrev, ​ As per Article 10 § 3 of the Global Assembly’s October 1995 Resolution for Strategic Ordinance Prohibition, the International Court of Justice formally requests documentation outlining the Russian Federation’s plan for the disarmament and/or disposal of the items declared by your government in the Strategic Arms Registrar: ​ [24] G3 Poison Gas​ ​ As of right now, this remains a formal request and not a court subpoena. However, given the gravity of this matter and noting the time which has elapsed since the signing of the Strategic Arms Registrar, documentation should be presented to the International Court of Justice within five (5) days of receiving this electronic notification. A physical copy of the request would also be mailed. The blue envelope would be clearly marked as an official ICJ correspondence letter to Minister Kozyrev. The letter would state the same points as the email copy, it would specify that a response was needed within five days of the date the email was sent.

My apologies for the delay in a response to this message. With all that has happened the removal of the chemical weapons in our inventory had been lost. However, now that things have started to calm down and we have started to take a serious look at stockpiles we can begin with it's disposal. I am sure that you understand that in a country such as ours, there are a lot of things to keep track of on a military level. Especially with the messy situation that resulted in the giving away of assets both now and previously when the Soviet Union fell apart. I can say safely tat we have this G3 chemical in storage.

I will now inform you how we plan to dispose of the G3 chemical weapons which will take place within 24 hours.

Chemicals:
1. Munitions Moved From Storage
2. Munitions Separated by Automated Equipment
3. Water & NaOH
4. Liquid chemical Agent hydrolyzed in reactor
5. Treatment of hydroysate on site
6. Treated waste discharged
7A. Biotreatment
7B. Super Critical Oxidation

Other Components:
1. Munitions Moved From Storage
2. Munitions Separated by Automated Equipment
3. Water & NaOH
4. Explosives and Rocket Parts hydrolyzed in reactor
5. Metal Components thermally cleaned in metal parts treater
6. pollution abatement system
7. Emissions monitored and released on stack

In a country such as Russia, with such a vast arsenal, government has an even greater responsibility to keep track of these weapons. It is good that the Russian Federation has expressed a willingness to dispose of the G3 chemical and that you have provided us with an outline for its disposal. I trust you would also be willing to have observers visit Russia to ensure this plan is properly carried out. What would be the best point of entry to dispatch them to? Greetings,

If you would like to send observers to witness the destruction of the chemical weapons then you may. The best point of entry will of course be the main international airport in Moscow. We can provide transport to the disposal site and allow inspectors to verify that the chemical weapons are being destroyed.
