Privately and In SECRET
Four Investigatory teams had been prepared throughout the week at the International Court of Justice in the Hague, Netherlands, all teams were comprised of six members, five detectives of the ICJ-Detective Wing, and a Head Investigator. All carried special ICJ Passports and Emergency Visas. They all carried a carry on with several days worth of clothes as well as a briefcase with case files, notebooks, laptops, tablets, pens, and anything else they might need to carry out their investigation. Several members of each team would be experts in the languages of the Balkans or Turkey depending upon their assignment, and all would have had extensive police work experience prior to working for the International Court of Justice. They would depart the ICJ Offices and head towards Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
At the same time, at the International Court of Justice secondary annex, four security squads of ten men each would be prepping to accompany the investigators. The groups would be made up largely by former SWAT and law enforcement, but would also include a handful of ex-military men and women. All ten would be prepping the same loadout. They would each wear Kevlar body armor, Kevlar battle helmets, blue and white camo fatigues, and combat boots. They would cut a very official and very imposing image. They would all carry Heckler and Koch HK416A7 Battle Rifles, MP5 sub-machine guns, and Berreta 92 handguns. They would also pack several days worth of clothing for their off times in a carry on bag as well as extra ammunition. Once they were fully loaded and prepared they would also enter official vehicles and head towards Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
At the Airport the Investigatory Teams as well as their security teams would meet with one another and head towards a private strip of the airport Chartered specifically for the ICJ and General Assembly, here, their drivers would flash their ICJ Security Clearance Badges and be let into the section. They would drive to the four Gulfstream G.650ER, all painted blue and white and bearing the emblems of the General Assembly which had been prepared from the ICJ's fleet for this mission. All Aircraft would be fully fueled, their pilots and crew prepared for takeoff had ran all preflight maintenance checks.
Once each investigatory team and their attached security unit had boarded their respective G.650ERs the aircraft would taxi and wait their turn to take off, at which time they would do so and head towards the most efficient clear flight path to Sarajevo or Ankara, without breaching Italian Airspace, flying only in neutral airspace(Non player controlled) and over the international airspace of the Adriatic and Mediterranean Sea, cruising at roughly 30,000 feet.
