It had been a busy day for Juan DeSilva , Foreign Minister of Brazil. There was the video call with Argentina and Nigeria. A chat with a Japanese official that unfortunately resulted in nothing meaningful. So to see his computer screen light up with a email alert he quickly jumped up and clicked on the message.

As he read the message he poured himself a two finger Johnny Walker Blue. Neat. He also called his secretary and asked that a tray of Brazilian chicken coxinha, his favorite afternoon snack, be brought to his office.

His next call was to the cyber security center.

"This is Juan. Please, have a phone call encrypted to the office of the foreign Minister of Indonesia. The name is Retno Marsudi. Call me back when you are finished and put me through to his office directly. I don't want to talk to secretaries."

30 seconds later his phone rings.

"The encrpyted call has been patched through. Just wait for Minister Marsudi to pick up."

"Gracias."
