Phone Call Encrypted in first message. I thought new rules say they are redundant.

The most common methods of communication are Emails and Phone calls. Letters are rarely used, as the Mailman is especially slow. 24 (OOC) Hours to be precise! Some of our Players enjoy extravagant Topics, containing a lot of BBcode... But for you Freshmen, a simple Message or Two will suffice. We appreciate all forms of Roleplay and never think less of anyone. Aren't we all here to enjoy ourselves? Topics that don't have Private, Encrypted or Secret somewhere listed are Public Knowledge. Don't get caught out by this mistake. Many, many conflicts are raised by this form.

I think my intentions have been clear and followed rules.

Post 44 is what is public, as it looks more like an email or letter of some sort and was not stated private; otherwise it wouldn't have the appearance of an email or letter. Therefore, post 44 is public which is what JamieA looks to have looked too.
If Phone Call, you only need to specify once.
If Email, it needs to be specified each email.

Yes, your Interdiction does need to be secret. Otherwise, as per the rules, it's public knowledge. So he (and everyone else) is aware that you're specifically listening in to his calls.

Post #42 and encrypted text would be sent. Text would still be a part of the phone conversation, as in post #44, no? Just asking, not complaining. Maybe that is something that should be clarified for future reference.

A Text and a Phone Call are separate methods of communication. Each text would need to specify private/encrypted.

There is also the problem that JamieA not even attempting to come close to 70 words in diplomatic messages.
