I see Internal Development as a place for the more dedicated among us to develop our nations, our leaders, and special situations surrounding them that progress the national-story of our nations forward. It is muddied by the constant need (or the encouragement, via fear) to have to mark individual posts as "private" or mark every phone call as "encrypted". I think these punitive measures make sense anywhere else on the forum, but are needless requirements that make RP more dull and redundant in Internal Development.
