Subject: Iranian support for the Ottoman Government in exile​

Your Royal Majesty,

I have been directed by the Shahanshah of the Imperial State of Iran, His Imperial Highness, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, to begin offering covert Iranian support to you and your supporters, as you begin to seek the reestablishment of the Ottoman Empire. Though relations between the Ottoman and Persian Empires have historically been difficult, the Shahanshah will not sit on the sidelines and do nothing as a neighboring monarch is overthrown and forced into exile, regardless of the past history between our two peoples. The Ottoman Empire is to important to the regional stability of the Middle East and the national security of the Imperial State of Iran to be allowed to fall into a continual state of anarchy, chaos, a warfare, as this will have severe consequences on the entire Near East. Due to this, I am quite pleased to offer substantial covert support from the Iranian Armed Forces and SAVAK, the foreign intelligence agency of the Imperial State of Iran, as you begin your bid to reclaim power within the Ottoman Empire.

Should you wish to accept our offer of covert support for your cause, please discreetly send an official delegation representing your armed forces to meet with me in Tehran as soon as possible, so that we can begin making the necessary arrangements to begin our support for your efforts. Know that preparations to begin our covert action to assist your supporters has already begun, as SAVAK has already begun acquiring arms to equip your supporters and has also begun work on a comprehensive strategy to defeat the loyalist forces to the President. While the Imperial Iranian Armed Forces is preparing several bases in Northerwestern Iran, which can be used to arm and train your supporters and from where they can be supplied once their deployed into the Ottoman Empire in order to overthrow the President and return you to power.
