An encrypted email has been sent to the heads of state of the Ottoman Empire, Syrian government and Egypt government

"Dear Heads of State,

I would like to extend a warm invitation to you all to attend a conference in Baghdad University. My government has a desire to build closer relations to each of your governments, as well as too faciliate closer relations between each of our neighbours. As part of this meeting, we would like to discuss the creation of a supra-government trading organisation, which we have provisionally named "Near East Union" or "Middle East Union".

Our goals for this union are simple;

Core

• Remove tariffs on trade
• Mutual Defence of our countries
• Develop closer cultural and economic ties between our states.

Optional

• Creation of a parliamentary group to bring closer together our laws
• Creation of a peacekeeping corps.

My fellow leaders,

I believe this conference could be a fantastic step towards mid-East unity. This will allow us to explain to each other our held beliefs and ideals, as well as hash out true, substantial deals.

I would also like to raise a matter we should discuss: expanding my own Egyptian Exclusion Zone into a proper multilateral treaty. If we could come to an agreement in terms, it would help facilitate our independence from colonial powers.

I would be glad to attend this conference, and I encourage my counterparts to act similarly.
