TOP SECRET
Following a secret call between the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense with tensions rising with the Palestinian Government, the Turkish Government and the Saudi Arabian Government. It was decided that Israel's three main intelligence agencies would hold a briefing together at the Shin Bet headquarters in Tel Aviv and under the careful guidance of the Ministry of Defence, senior staff from the three agencies would arrive in secrecy at the agency as they passed through security and entered a soundproof room which had been cleared for bugging devices beforehand. Five agents stood outside the door to not allow no media to enter the room, it was one of the most secretive meetings held between the three agencies. From the confines of the room, the meeting began.

Alon Schuster, Deputy Minister of Defence: Good morning everyone, the Prime Minister and Minister of Defence has called today's meeting and has asked for briefings to be given by each agency in response to the tensions between the Palestinian Government, the Turkish Government and the Saudi Arabian Government. Also to enquire as to whether any agency has information on the ongoings with regards to the investigation of the downing of the South African Airways flight. I will give the floor to the first member.

A short pause passed whilst the members reviewed shuffled their papers and reviewed their own notes and knowledge about the situations before a voice spoke out from the end of the room.

Yossi Cohen, Director of Mossad: Mossad has mobilised the Kidon Unit which as you know is an elite group of expert assassins who operate under the Caesarea branch. We've been holding internal meetings and should we need to mobilise the unit then we can easily infiltrate Palestine as a whole, Turkey and Saudi Arabia would not be as easy but unbeknownst to anyone at this present moment, we have two agents belonging to the Kidon Unit in Poland attached to the President's security detail posed as Shin Bet Protective Security agents so no suspicion has been aroused with Mossad in the country. If the Prime Minister authorises such a deployment, I can have personnel inserted into Palestine, Saudi Arabia and Turkey at a moments notice.

Director Cohen sat down as officials scribbled notes down after the Mossad Director finished his briefing. A mouthful of water later and Nadav Argaman rose to his feet and briefed the room on ongoing developments.

Nadav Argaman, Director of Shin Bet: Shin Bet has been hard at work safeguarding state security, exposing terrorist rings, interrogating terror suspects, providing intelligence for counter-terrorism operations in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as well as counter-espionage. The Arab Department has been hard at work attempting to use local assets in the West Bank to build up a picture should the need to further deploy assets in the region arise.

Major General Tamir Hayman, Chief of Military Intelligence: Deputy Minister, thank you for calling this meeting today. Aman has been hard at work also overseeing, monitoring and collecting military intelligence–related information from television, radio, newspapers, and the internet. We've also tapped into the Hamas leadership's electronic items and remained undetected in doing so we're creating a picture of what's going on in Gaza through Operation Guardian of the Walls, and soon we will be able to deploy these assets to Palestine as a whole and paint a picture and further gather intelligence which will be able to lead onto intelligence evaluation for security policy and later on military planning."

Over the course of the three hours, questions were raised between each senior member and notes were written out with the developments of the meeting to be passed onto the Prime Minister at a later date should the need for further deployment be needed.
