I apologize for the long wait, I must have missed this email.

If Lone Star is still interested in this project, the GPS coordinates for our location are 47°59'41.1"N 37°48'22.1"E. We would prefer to keep the budget near $5 million USD. As previously stated, we are a small business personnel wise, but we are a financial institution that will require security measurers to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. Aside from bullet proof exterior doors and windows we have no additional requests.
