Following the collapse of the Celestial Empire and its exit from TSI, plans were drawn up for the discreet transportation of Singaporean assets to the Hong Kong Special Administration Region. 2BN and 3BN/1st Guards Infantry Regiment of the 5th. Guards "Hunter" BCT -- 500-strong Counter-insurgency battalions -- would receive orders to gather at Changi Air Base from their headquarters at Pasir Laba Camp. 111. Transport Squadron and its 10 Lockheed C-130H Transports were fueled and supplied before the thousand-strong group of soldiers were directed to board and prepare for transport. Support personnel would assist with securing all personal equipment, supplies and weapons in the cargo hold for the duration of the trip. Once all the units were loaded and each plane were confirmed locked down and secured, 111. Squadron would take off from the runway in an orderly fashion.
Eight F16V "Vipers" of Flight 1 and 2, 140. Fighter Squadron would follow suit after the departure of 111. Transport Squadron. Unlike 111. Squadron, their orders were to be reassigned to Shek Kong Airfield from Changi Air Base permanently until further notice.
All air assets would take the route of OJ -> OK -> OL to their destination, Shek Kong Airfield.
