Crime Prevention Resolution 1998
The Minister of Justice,

Hoping to prevent crime by putting forwards these measures;

Decides:
Article 1
1 $1,000,000,000 will be made available to perform the tasks set in this resolution.

Article 2
1 The Korps Landelijke Politiediensten (Korps National Police Services) will receive an additional $650,000,000 of funding to support their efforts.
2 The main goal of this extra funding is to get more wijkagenten (neigbourhood police) with the specific task of getting to know their community and prevent risk groups from commiting crimes.
3 Regiokorpsen (Regional Corps) can use their judgement to distribute these extra resources, with the goal of using them were they will be most effective.
4 These extra funds can also be used to have more preventive patrols in areas where crimes have happened frequently.

Article 3
1 Jeugdzorg Nederland (Youth Care Services) will receive an additional $350,000,000 of funding to support their efforts.
2 This extra funding shall be spent on youth at risk of commiting crime, to prevent them from doing so.
3 The experts working at Jeugdzorg Nederland can use their expertise and judgement to specifically allocate these resources, keeping the goal of clause 2 in mind.

Article 4
1 After 6 months the ministry of Justice will review the effectiveness of his resolution.

Article 5
1 This resolution will go into effect on 1 May 1998
2 This resolution may be quoted as "Crime Prevention Resolution 1998"

Corporate Tax Resolution 1998
The Minister of Finance,

Having regard to Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969 (Law on corporate tax 1969);

Decides:
Article 1
1 Sparrow Industries (Kamer van Koophandel 28567895), shall be exempt from the regular corporate tax as defined in the Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969 (Law on corporate tax 1969);
2 Instead of this Sparrow Industries will be paying a 2% value added tax on all orders as a replacement for the corporate tax;
3 This special corporate tax will be filed and paid either monthly or quarterly, with tax filings being due the month after the tax period.

Article 2
1 This resolution may be quoted as "Corporate Tax Resolution 1998";
2 This corporate tax retroactively goes into effect from the tax period of April 1998.
