Letter Being Acquired

Italy and the National Liberation Front of Corsica (played by me) exchanged a message, but this message was not one through email or electronic means, instead, it was a physical letter. Therefore, I didn't encrypt my reply to the letter (it also being a letter), but somehow the United States (John) intercepted it because it wasn't 'encrypted'. It's a physical letter, I believe that the only way the United States could've known about a physical letter would have been to be monitoring beforehand, which he didn't.

Therefore, I believe that his interception of the physical letter should be voided.

Hello @Ellie ,

As per the Rules, Physical Letters are considered "Open and Public Communication" if you don't state the Contents within are private. This means, Players are able to read any Letters being exchanged in this scenario.
I assume John, as the United States is trying to roleplay the latter and misused the word "Intercept" in his Roleplay.
