The Republic of Korea Army is seeking to procure a Mine-Resistant-Ambush-Protect Vehicle to be used by the Republic of Korea Armed Forces. The following areas are primarily prioritized: Survivability, Troop Capacity, Affordability & Speed. With specifics to armor, the ROK Armed Forces seeks an MRAP that has reactive armor and is capable of withstanding large explosive detonations. Additionally, the ROK Armed Forces ask that the MRAP be equipped with a CROW or equivalent unmanned turret system. The ROK Armed Forces would seek to purchase two variants of the MRAP, one for military use and the second for medical use. For medical-variants, the ROK Armed Forces ask all offensive measures be removed. Seeking an MRAP with extra space with space for between 4-6 stretchers and the necessary signs to indicate it as a medical vehicle. We request all bids offer the details and specifications of their infantry fighting vehicle models as well as base and export pricing so we can factor all these listed conditions into our decision.

The Republic of Korea Army seeks to maintain privacy of all participants and shall keep the information of bidders and its contents secure and confidential. The following bidding process shall occur through the Ministry of National Defense Defense Acquisition Program Administration and the point-of-contact shall be Director Kim Jaebeom.
