Moscow Cancer Center

266,500,000.00$

The new Moscow Cancer Centre at the Medical Center Capital in Moscow will be a premier healthcare facility and academic center providing cancer care services in Western Russia. The new Moscow Cancer Centre will be a 127,000m2 facility designed to provide leading-edge cancer care to Russians. It will support and deliver an interdisciplinary and integrated care philosophy to improve patient outcomes, which accommodates research, education, and family-centered care. The facility will include a 1,650-stall underground parkade, roadways, and connections into the existing medical and university research structures.

The project site is currently occupied by a parking lot adjacent to health and university buildings, and the new facility is set to be integrated into the complex via a pedestrian bridge that meets the clinical requirements of a hospital — the Connector. The achievement of stakeholder consensus for the route and the contact points with existing buildings was a significant project challenge. The center will also include 160 inpatient beds, outpatient facilities with over 100 exam rooms, systemic treatment and radiation treatment technologies, clinical trial units and research laboratories, and a knowledge exchange center.

Planned

Crimean Power Station

375,000,000.00$

Crimean Power Project is a 900 megawatt (MW) combined cycle power generation facility being constructed 12 kilometers east of Simferopol. The Project will be located on a 52-hectare site and will have the capacity to supply over 14.50% of the peninsula's average electricity demand. The facility will utilize modern, highly efficient industrial turbines, fueled by natural gas. The station would have an operating lifespan of at least 30 years and include a power generation facility and switchyard.

In total, it'll provide power to 1,620,000 homes in Crimea, water to the facility will be trucked. Two-lane roads will also be built of asphalt from the station to the closest main road. Additional power lines will connect from the station to Russia's main power grid - offering any extra power to southern Russia.

Planned

JAO Power Station

605,000,000.00$

The JAO Power Station is a natural gas power plant being built near Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Oblast. It is being constructed as a 1,800-Megawatt combined cycle plant. The JAO Power Station will be able to power up to roughly 3,240,000 homes throughout far-eastern Russia (including into Siberia). It utilizes combined-cycle gas turbine technology. This natural gas power is cost-effective and generates fewer carbon emissions than coal. The station would have an operating lifespan of at least 30 years and include a power generation facility, a switchyard, and a new underground water pipeline.

New infrastructure will also be constructed to connect the power from the new plant to the local power grid. These lines will help move power to customers in Birobidzhan and the far-east.

Planned

Unified Energy System Expansion

288,000,000.00$

Unified Energy System Expansion is a project aimed at connecting remote regions of Russia to the nation's main energy grid. The project will connect Kamchatka, Magadan, Sakhalin Oblasts, Chukotka and Taimyr Automous Okrugs to the power grid and transition them away from less reliable power.

The plan calls for a 7,000-kilometre transmission line beginning in Irkutsk.

Wherever possible, the new transmission lines and construction access roads will be constructed along the paths of existing all-season roads, or the paths of future all-season roads as identified by the Oblasts and Okrugs.

Distribution stations located in or near each large community, with new connections to the existing distribution facilities will be built. The proposed distribution stations are required as a point of transmission distribution at each large community.
