MN personality appearing in 2 different meeting

Philippine Ambassador Daza is currently in a meeting with India's Secretary Preeti Saran in Calcutta. Thread started on OOC date Aug 31, 2018 and still it's an ongoing meeting. (please refer to links below)

However, the same Indian personality, Secretary Preeti Saran, also appeared in a meeting with Japan on OOC date Sept 2, 2018. (please see link below - Post #4 onwards)

Furthermore, there is no explicit mention on both "meeting threads" that Sec. Preeti Saran is conducting both meeting with the Philippine ambassador and Japanese guest on the same time and location.

Since it's impossible for one personality to be on the 2 different private meeting., Post #4 onwards of this thread (https://modernnations.com/threads/japan-message-to-india.1869/) should be voided. The earlier meeting theead (https://modernnations.com/threads/philippines-meeting-with-india.1767/) must be concluded first before Secretary Saran can be on another meeting.

Hello @Apingdaldal ,

I have contacted Voodoo Privately to solve this. However, I have made it know that this shouldn't happen but have considered the posts valid due to the amount of time/effort going into them on this occasion. He will know this for future reference.

However, I have also informed him that as we are a PvP forum, this mistake could be used against him on an RP Level that the information spoken in meetings could be used against him.
