OWNERSHIP RULES General

First and Foremost, Product Ownership is established by National Origin, unless one of the following is pursued —
  • The shares to a Parent Company are sold for 51% or more. The Player would then own their Products and Subsidiary bodies.
  • The shares to a Subsidiary Company are sold for 51% or more. This Branch becomes independent. The Parent Company would lose her Subsidiary to the Player.
  • The shares to a Single Product are sold for 51% or more. The Player becomes the Exclusive Owner of this Product, her Parts and Blueprints.
"Player A buys 51% of Lockheed Martin (Parent Company), while Player B owns 100% of subsidiary, Lockheed Martin UK. Player A does not have access to products manufactured by Lockheed Martin UK, who (from the date of being sold) is an independent company. Player B's company is therefore, not associated with Player A's company."

"Player A buys 100% of the Airbus A400M (Individual product) and Player B buys 100% of Airbus Group (Parent Company). Player B is unable to sell, block, or manufacture the A400M, because the company is no longer associated to the product. Only Player A has access to the parts, and blueprints of the A400M. (As the sole owner)"


COMPANY SHARES Purchasing

We bring you the feature of 2017, the Stock Market! Comprised of Companies that were sold within game, their Shareholders and Share Price. Players who have a Stake (%) in a Company irregardless of how small their share is, has precedence over the Company decisions unless the Default Owners (Or otherwise) purchase the remaining shares. Multiple Shareholders comes with great risk to the Company and to her value. However, Healthy Balances will improve the Company Value and your fellow Shareholders. Whereas a deficit balance will devalue the Company, forcing the other Shareholders to contribute more to compensate for your debt. Under exceptional circumstances, Players with the largest stake may force a Shareholder to leave and their Stake divided between the remaining players. This is known as a Stock Transfer. The Stock Market is forever changing to match Trading, therefore Shares may be more or less.

You might find two Shareholders with the same Stake. For example, 2% but the value of their Shares are not the same. This is because the value is determined by the balance of their Government. Therefore, the more stable you become is best. You can only purchase Shares within your state, unless by contacting another Government to register your interest. The Player in question, must have a minimum stake of 1% or more. Completing the Steps below, the Player will determine a fair (Or not so fair) price.
  • Submit a Support Ticket for the worth of 100% Shares to a Company or Product. This can only be answered by an Administrator
  • Use the Transfer Tool to purchase the Shares of the Company or Product. Please Specify the exact number of Shares (%) you're buying
  • Please contact a Member of Staff to register you on the Stock Market, as a Shareholder. This is where you can view your Shares (%)
  • Shareholders with a Majority Stake are considered the Exclusive Owners of the Company or Product

COMPANY SHARES Selling

First few steps down, what's next? Once you have a stake in a Company, you may sell your Shares (%) to others. We recommend Selling Shares when the Company is valued higher so your sale will fetch a profit. Small, insignificant stakes of 1% can double your pockets by playing smart. Consider a devalued Company.... Stakes are cheaper making Shares more affordable to those with small budgets. Buying over the Company and waiting for the Market to improve, means your Shares will also rise. Pay little, gain more! Below, are a few common, hypothetical scenarios:

"Player A, controlling Belgium contacts Player B controlling the United States. Player A wants to purchase 25% shares of Boeing. An American Company. We know that Player B does not own shares to Boeing by visiting the Stock Market. Player B has one of two options. He could purchase 25% Shares using the Price Request Tool, and then sell the shares to Player A for the same value, or for an increased rate (Player B would then make profit) or decline"

"Player A, purchases 2% Shares for $100,000,000 in a Company struggling financially. Upon receiving his Stake, the value of the Company improves as the Shareholder (Player A) is wealthier (Government Balance is favourable). His 2% Shares are now worth more. He decides to sell to Player B for $300,000,000 to financially gain from his smart investment"


TRADE ROUTES Exports

The International Trading (View on Economy) regulates and monitors Maritime, Land and Air Commerce between Countries. Start within Diplomatic Proceedings to negotiate for Resources with others. Once you have a Trade Agreement secured, establish your Trade Route using the Transit Map. Players must produce the Freighter, Freight Train or Cargo Plane and not use Existing Materials. Then, Players must submit an Economic Revision to alert the Administrators of the change.
  • Consider Security on your Trade Routes. These may become the target of your Enemies or Pirates
  • Routes that pass through Countries may impose Trading Tariffs or Charges against you. Wise to contact all Parties concerned?
  • You are allowed up to 5 Resources. To confirm your choices, please visit the National Export Registrar
  • Trade Routes are not the same as Free Trade Agreements. Make clear, transparent agreements
  • Products that are manufactured for Commercial Use may not be used by any other Force, Armed or otherwise
  • Landlocked Countries may use a Neighbor (NPC, or otherwise) for Ports
  • You may refuel your Commercial Products at NPC Countries, when not at war
