March. It was the time where the weather wasn't so great in Austria. A time, where they were coming out of the harsh winter months. But rain, was going to be the worst of it. Salzburg was beautiful city, one of Austria's main tourist cities as it contained so much to view. It bordered Germany and with the wait to negotiate with their neighbours, the Government hoped a future trade agreement could bring more to Austria and to Salzburg.
The Shamrock Pub. One of the many Irish pubs that littered Salzburg was one a popular hotspot. It was a Friday evening time where it was busy, at the bar sat a rather well dressed man. He was well built, but his beard locked around his mouth and face. Smoking a cigarette, he looked around the pub. He looked towards his watch and then once more around the pub. He sighed. But it wasn't long till another man sat down next to him. Making no eye contact, a smirk would bewittle his face.

"Took your time." He remarked. He turned to the barmaid. "Make it two beers." The bar maid nodded, as he turned his head back around looking at the pub.
"Yeah well, traffic isn't so great at this time of the day. Anyway. We have a few potential suppliers that are in mind." The other man replied. "I don't know how we are going to do this Marcus." He placed several sheets of paper on the bar and moved it over to him. His eyes was bright red, bloodshot clearly tired from what he had been up to. The well dressed man, known as "Marcus" would grab each sheet of paper as he scrolled through them. They were stapled together and well prepared. He left his cigarette in his mouth as he began to read through each sheet, carefully and to ensure he took in each detail at every possibility.

"So.. what do you think?" The barmaid had returned with the two Heinekens. The other male drank as he awaited an answer.

"This one." Marcus pointed. "The rest... are too inactive."

"Are you sure?" The other man looked confused. "They're making a lot of noise at the moment."

"Yes. That is correct...Which will mean they'll be desperate to make more money then ever. Set up a meet with them. They'll need to come here as where they are... is a warzone." Marcus had replied.

"Very well. That will be done, boss." The man nodded, as he downed the last of his drink and left the pub. Once he left, he had returned home where he began to send a message through encrypted channels to the Juarez and Sinaloa cartel. Wishing to meet. Drivindeath

The message would take some time to reach the Cartels. The attacks by the Mexican Army were widespread and active. Getting it to them would take some time. By mid-April they would finally receive the message. As representatives would prepare to travel to Austria to meet this mysterious benefactor. It would take some time to gather a representative from each of the Cartels. Although the message was dispatched to the Juárez and Sinaloa Cartels a member from each of the Cartels would go. They would sneak into America using one of the vast underground networks, with forged passports. (Odinson) Once inside of Texas they would make their way to El Paso, where they would go to the Airport. All Mexican Airports were on lockdown and no Mexican Nationals were able to leave the country. The members of the Cartels would arrive in Austria a few days later and make their way to the secret location specified in the encrypted message. The representatives would be as followed:

Enrique Gonzalez - Juárez Cartel
Romeo Alphonza Guerra - Cali Cartel
Victor Hernandez-Garcia - Sinaloa Cartel
Juan Herra-Montoiez - Guadalajara Cartel

All cartel members were dressed casually in jeans and button flannel shirts as to not draw to much attention.

Once the arrivals of the four Mexicans was confirmed. They would be arriving at a remote area in Tyrol a ski home resort which was one of the many properties of 'Marcus' Outside there'd be armed guards with a MP5 and a Grease Gun. Men dressed in winter clothing as they'd watch the four arrive. A nod would be given as a search would to be conducted. Speaking in a harsh German tone and trying to indicate to the four they were to be searched.
Once searched, the four would be allowed into the resort. They were greeted by more armed guards who were armed with other variety of sidearms before taken into a large living room. Currently the fireplace was lit and glasses would be placed on a large table. On the sofa would be Marcus. He was dressed in a dark beige coloured suit as he stood up, placing his hand out to greet the four men. Speaking in a rather mean tone, he'd spoke in clear English. "Welcome. English?"

The Cartel members looked puzzled. They were in surroundings that were very foreign to them. They would approach the man known as Marcus and shake his hand. The man from Guadalajara would speak. "Si, I speak English. Although we are confused, why are here? The instructions were unclear."

Marcus would smile. "What do you mean... unclear?" He'd pause. "This is the best we can get. Far away, from 'that attention'." He'd remarked 'that attention' in a mimicky way. "It's for our own safety and protection." Drivindeath
